We are hiring for the role of "Sales Manager".

Job Title : Sales Manager

Work Location :Bangalore and Mangalore

Experience :Min. 3-4 years of sales experience

Age criteria : 26 Years.

Eligibility Criteria - Any Graduation (Compulsory)

Note :Vehicle Mandatory (Two Wheeler)

Position Summary:

Lead front line sales of the company's products and services and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual business targets with individual performance.

Job description:

Building Agency - Identify and recruit potential advisors (Ex: House Wife, Retired Person, Students, Any Family Members, and Unemployed etc.
Driving Sales - Achieve expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.
Manage team performance and productivity - Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team.
Leadership - Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors.
Mentoring and Training - Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors in the team, provide feedback on advisors" performance Involves attending sales calls (outside the office)

Eligibility:

3-4 years of sales experience.
Must be graduate.
