Job Description

What does this role hold for you??

• Building and hiring a strong team of sales professionals
• On-boarding new members, inducting them into basics of real estate sales and in the PropTiger.com pitch; explain expectations / objectives / targets clearly
• Assisting the team in meeting targets, helping in larger client meetings
• Interfacing with Central Marketing, Technology team and facilitate adequate leads/marketing support for team members
• Interfacing with Developer Relations team and ensure clear understanding of the focus properties among team members
• Executing on-ground marketing activities like kiosks in corporates, clubs etc. to keep on generating local self-leads for the team
• Establishing client base of organizations, associations, social & corporate business through direct & indirect outside sales effort for the purpose of securing business for the company to ensure that predetermined sales expectations are met and exceeded
