Hiring immediate resources For Scrum Master @ GlobalLogic India

Job Description

-Provide hands-on guidance to all the scrum streams

- Ensures smooth delivery of each Sprint deliverables

- Facilitates coordination between various scrum teams and workstreams mitigating dependencies and other impediments

- Generates reports to track sprint health and overall execution status - Experience leading and working across multiple scrum teams at the same time with shared bandwidth across them

- Strong know-how of Agile development methodologies

Requirement:

Experience in a scrum master role

Familiarity with software development

Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks

Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

Outstanding organizational skills

Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
