Manage projects end to end related to Microsoft services (.Net), where the candidate will be expected to setup comprehensive stakeholder management, communication plan with leadership
- Develop project plan, manage risk and issues along with an effective mitigation strategy
- Extensive experience on delivery management using Waterfall , Agile methodology and scrum
- Activity and resource planning
- Good exposure in Document Management
- Define project schedules, allocate resources, scope and time management
- Align project objectives and project team's alignment on objectives
- Ability to support the project team with the technical solutioning direction and mentorship
- Project monitoring and health reporting
- Extensive experience of implementing CMMI quality processes and identify process gaps
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Work on the RFP/RFI, as per the need and contribute at org level initiatives
- People management experience
- Savings, quality improvement impact analysis of projects
- Detail-oriented
- Thrives in a collaborative environment
- Should possess leadership quality and should be able to motivate the team
- Manage escalations and issues proactively
- Identify gaps and come out with process and action plans and tracking them to closure
- Good communications skills, with team and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Microsoft services (.Net)
Education/Qualification :-
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field with at least 4 - 6 Years experience
- 3+ years in project management experience with Microsoft services (.Net)
- ITIL or ITSM certifications preferred. PMP certifications required
