Job Location: NoidaRole: Directly work and co-ordinate with US Coding Liaisons and assist them in day to day queries and work, act as SPOC for themJob Description

1. Review clinical documentation and diagnostic results as appropriate (i.e., to extract data and apply appropriate ICD-10-CM/CPT-4 codes for billing, internal and external reporting, research, and regulatory compliance). Under the direction of Health Information Management, must be able to accurately code conditions and procedures Inpatient /Outpatient type ( E&M, Surgery, Cardiology) per the Coding Guidelines.
2. Need to handle complaints from clients, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
3. Thoroughly reviews all documentation in the medical record and assigns codes for all diagnoses, treatments, and procedures according to the appropriate classification system for outpatient and Inpatient encounters.
4. Consistently meets all productivity and quality metrics.

Job Requirement:

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills
2. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
3. Keep records of interactions, process accounts and file documents
4. Strong call contact handling skills and active listening
5. Must be willing to work in night shift
6. Understanding of medical terminology
7. CPC/Non CPC both can apply
8. Graduation is a must.
