Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

10 years of Software Quality Assurance experience Good testing knowledge on ERP, CRM platforms (Salesforce, SAP, VEEVA, eCommerce)

  • Experience in laying down data testing strategies; experience in automating Data transfers using batch input methods, transferred master data from previous system preferred
  • Experience in Enhancement, Upgrade and post go live implementation support
  • Well versed in designing automation framework using any one open source tool or licensed tool
  • Working experience with Worksoft, QTP, TOSCA will be excellent
  • Should have worked on multiple frameworks for web based, mobile platforms
  • Should have experience in integrating automation tools with DevOps technologies
  • Good understanding of Mobile automation Test Planning Execution: Should be able to understand the program plan and plan, communicate, execute test plans
  • Get the buy in from stakeholders
  • Communication plan, daily track meetings update on Scrum calls
  • Communicate test results and status to program/project leads Maintain and update the test cases as per change requests/enhancements Defect
  • Documentation and RCA (Root Cause Analysis): Hands on experience in defining defect life cycle for the project Triage defects logged by your juniors or less experience people on the project
  • Should have worked on defect management and test management tools like JIRA, ALM etc
    • Well versed with establishing key testing metrics, analyzing, trend management and communication


    Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelors degree with 10 years work experience in testing, of which minimum 4 years must be on hands on automation testing
    • Experience in leading small and mid sized teams Experience in Automated testing(TOSCA, WorkSoft, QTP/UFT, Selenium, Appium)
  • Experience in automation frameworks such as data driven and hybrid frameworks for web applications based on requirements
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools is a must. Experience working in agile and DevOps model of SDLC and supporting automation for multiple scrum teams.
  • Experience with test management tools, (ALM, JIRA, qTest) General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter with strong, proactive work ethic
  • Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule with guidance from his/her supervisor
