Other Requirements:
Should be ready to work in shifts - we have 3 shifts morning starting 4:30 am, evening starting 2pm till approx 11pm and night starting 8pm till 4am in the morning. We provide NSA for night shift only.
Should have worked in a support role or have the ability and inclination to work in support function
Experience in Agile methodology either Kanban or Scrum would be preferred
Experience in meeting SLAs or similar time based adherence is a must.
