Roles and Responsibilities
Project Manager
Qualification:
Bachelors in Engineering or MCA
- Manages medium to large customer-facing projects
- Creation of a project WBS, schedule and plan with financial, resource, and material requirements
- Creation of high performing project team (resource selection, induction, and team building)
- The leadership of Project Team members including project engineers, vendors, partners, and subcontractors
- Manages the project from start to completion including the resolution of project issues
- Management of Project scope by application of Project Change Management
- Proactive management of project issues and risks
- Management of key external and internal stakeholders
- Accountable for the Project Budget (Cost/margin performance)
- Management of Revenue recognition in line with committed dates
- Management of agreed project schedule to ensure all key milestone, revenue recognition, and project completion dates are achievedRoles and Responsibilities
- Expertise on : Front end Skills: Html, CSS, JavaScript ES6, React JS, react-native. Back end skills: Node Js, Mongo DB (Added advantage). React Native, MongoDB, Node JS Knowledge is a plus.
You have to be expertise managing Project setup, Project Execution, Project control & review, Project Closure, knowledge management & people management.
Stakeholder Engagement :
- Interact with internal/external customers and be the first-level management contact for the client, onsite teams, etc.
- Present progress of various projects, risk at the program level, etc, to relevant stakeholders.
- Understand issues from the client perspective and provide a holistic perspective to explain the complete picture of business impact.
- Maintain regular communication with the end client to keep him apprised of program status.
- Provide information, status updates, etc.
