Education: Graduate or HSC

Experience
**SME or Team Coach can apply for TRAINEE TEAM LEAD post.

**Candidates with 6 months of experience in International voice process as Team Leader post.

for TEAM LEADER post.

Technical Competencies: (Job related)
Good Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Good Analytical skills, should be able to highlight the observation with the daily, weekly and monthly production data.
Should able to communicate to the client as and when required.
Need to keep the team members motivated and provide feed back regularly.

Soft Skills: (Job related)
Good communication & Interpersonal skills
Should be a go-getter
Should be able to take decisions independently

Others:
Should be willing to work in US night shift.

5 working days with 2 week offs and with Fixed shift.
Mandatory: US shift.

Job Location: Nagpur (Dahegaon Mihan, SEZ)
