Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with other leads and team members to review, identify, and resolve project /support challenges Cultivate strong relationships with Client s Project Manager, CTM (s), BPO (s) , Functional Technical Consultants to Proactively forecast mitigate, guide on Best Practises Cultivate strong relationships with internal resources to improve results Produce documentation for projects
Look for solutions beyond monitoring, ticket resolution, bring in value addition to the client 24X5 Shift Support working Experience of working on support procedures, protocol and culture of large support team.
Should have worked on large complex enhancement(s).

Estimation Skills

At least 2 years of experience in conceiving and implementing end-to-end solutions
Basic appreciation for other SAP Technical areas like PI-PO, EDI, Portal etc.
Take Ownership of Landscape Architecture for Client Key Accountabilities to support Interfaces thru ALE, IDOC, Proxy, Webservices Interactive ALV Reports, Dialog Programming, Module Pool, User Exits OOPS Enhancements: BADI, User Exits, Screen Exits, F4 Help Smart forms Customised Workflows through ALV, Module Pool FIORI Activation Simple Enhancements Odata, Services, Eclipse

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree SAP implementation Support experience
Should have done 2-4 Implementation and or Support projects in India

NICE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HAVE:

4-6 years as SAP ABAP Consultant Experience with MNC Client(s) SAP ABAP certification: preferable
Mandatory SAP implementation /Support experience Stickler for Quality process orientation Integration /interfacing with SAP Functional Consultant(s), PI/PO, EDI.
Strong communication, reporting skills
