Job Description
- Provides over site to teams and projects where analysis of systems or data requires an in-depth evaluation of complex business process, system process, and industry standards.
- Architects Oracle Cloud HCM solutions as part of pre-sales and sales cycles
- Provides solution oversight for module design, configuration and integrations
- Viewed as a expert or advisor for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
- R egularly mentors and reviews work of less experienced team members.
- Support sales and pre-sales from a product and project perspective - provides effort estimates and time schedule proposals
- Works with practice on continuous improvement initiatives such as methodology, templates and proprietary tools
- Develops and contributes to innovation activities creating tools and accelerators for Go To Market efforts
- Executes schedules, costs and documentation to ensure assigned projects come to successful conclusion.
Basic Qualifications: Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications
- Must be a thought leader and should be able to architect a HCM solution based on Oracle Cloud Fusion technology.
- Experience with pre-sales and sales support activites
- Experience presenting to and communicating with upper management and C-Suite during sales presentation cycles
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Fusion HCM implementation certification is preferred
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio MS Project
Degree:
- Bachelor s degree Nice to Have;PHR-CP, SPHR-CP or another HR Certification
- Know-how of how Applications on Cloud works.
- Experience with integrating cloud application using Web Services is desirable.
- Willing to learn a range of business or technical specialties based on business needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
