Responsibilities:
Managing & growing sales in a given territory/Region.
Incumbent must build relationship with Customers, Consultants, Dealers ,Major Contractors, PSUs, large OEMs.
Gathering the market information on competitor and to know how to utilize those information ahead.
Ensuring proper after sales support to customer.
Techno-commercial skills for managing the sales .
Develop and maintain relation with key clients/PSUs customers like Hyundai/PANASONIC/MRF/YAMAHA/HONDA/ISHUZU/NTPC/TIDC/L&T/EPC Customers/BGR/TVS/BRAKESINDIA/SUNDARAMGROUP/TURBO ENERGY/TNEB/APPOLO/CIPLA/BIOCON/SUNPHARMA/HHV/MEDRICH/RESIPHARM/JINDAL/JSW/VVV/ANDHRA SUGARS & many more .
Scan and analyze competitive scenario.
Scan market needs.
Identify and develop new product and application opportunities.
Helping to Service Team for spare parts Business & service Revenue .
Working jointly with Regional Dealers & to find new Productive & relevant Dealers to appoint at vacant areas

Preferred industrial sales background from Air Compressors Industry/DG Set products/Air Dryers /Pneumatic Products line /Filtration Products Industry etc
Should have good negotiation skills and administrative ability.
Should have Good interpersonal and communication skill with personality full of energy, intelligence and attitude
Age: 26-30 Years
Compensation: As per industry
Experience: 4-5 Years of experience in Sales of Industrial Products Handling Industrial equipment such as Industrial air compressors, Air Dryers ,Filters ,heat ex-changers, DG Sets ,Pneumatics Machinery etc.
Key Behavioral Skills: Innovative ,Teamwork ,Good Communication.
