Assistant Manager, QA/QC
The position ensures that management, employees, contractors and consultants are in compliance with both Genpact and Genpact PVAI standards, policies and procedures, and that regulatory requirements are understood and adhered to. This position is responsible for setting up and managing the Service Delivery Framework.
The QA Manager will support and manage compliance issues within the development team, co-ordinates with other Genpact stakeholders on compliance matters and provides a channel for employees, contractors and consultants to raise compliance concerns.
The QA Manager is authorized to implement all necessary actions including any tailoring from the QMS ensure effective compliance across Genpact PVAI delivery and service organization.
