Network Administrator for Bangalore Location

6-8 years

Detailed JD

Multivendor exposure on Routers, switches ( Cisco, Juniper, Arista , Various NOSs such as Junos, IOS-XR etc)

Hands-on experience &Troubleshooting of protocols like BGP,OSPF, Route policies, Route-maps(cisco), QOS, etc.,

Good Working knowledge and experience in VLAN,VRRP.

Understanding and work experience on Virtual Network functions, Various hypervisors such as VMWARE,KVM is additional

Ability to independently lead Layer-3/Layer-2 network troubleshooting and collaborate with network operations staff and vendors to conduct Root-Cause Analysis.

Experienced with network hardware/software/firmware certification process is a plus.

Able to work with systems engineering/design to plan and execute network/system feasibility and proof of concept tests.

Excellent communication skills. Good attitude and willingness to learn is crucial requirement.
