Job Description:
Role Description: Looking for a Business Analyst for the CPG/Retail/Manufacturing domain.
The role assumes in depth knowledge ecommerce and supply chain.
This role involves working with business users and arriving at the requirements for the various
user cases.
Candidate will work side-by-side / collaborate with the Business and IT stakeholders,
Architect, Scrum master and Implementation team.
Key Responsibilities
In-depth knowledge of CPG/Retail/Manufacturing Domain
Prior experience in retail domain.
6+ years of experience
Experience as part of projects on Agile/ SCRUM teams
Collaborating with UX team and assist the UX developer. Also review the UX.
Ensure that best practices for requirement elicitation/understanding, preparing epics, user
stories, participating in Spring planning / backlog grooming exercise / sprint demos
Follow proper Agile / scrum best practices and own the requirements aspect. Also maintain
proper documentation of the various artifacts
Provide clarifications to the development && QA team and participate in UAT
Review of UX, test cases
Demonstrated consulting / customer facing skills
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Event Driven services and Domain Driven design are a plus Soft Skills
Approachable in nature and confident in own abilities
Exhibits an attention to detail
Comfortable in challenging the status quo
Exhibits high standards of integrity
Effective time management and organizational skills
Critical thinker and ability to demonstrate logical approach to problem solving
