Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including :
- Monthly MIS Reporting for Revenue, Cash Flow Statement, Debtors & Creditors Ageing, etc.
- Bank Reconciliation on daily basis & prepare fund Position accordingly.
- Prepare data for Income Tax Cases.
- Account reconciliations of (Creditors) on a quarterly basis.
- Monthly closing activities, report preparation.
- Preparation & follow up for collections plan on a daily basis.
- Making MIS on weekly & Monthly basis or as per management requirement.
- Work Closely With Auditors (Internal & Statuary).
- Responsible for customer invoicing.
- Responsible for scrutinizing, computing & disbursement of partners claims.
- Process payment to creditor through Internet Banking & Cheque.
- Vendor Reconciliation
- Preparation Monthly stock for Bank OD Limit.
- Preparing to age report of the debtor.
- Follow-ups with debtor for Payment.
- Work Closely With Auditors (Internal & Statuary)
- Calculation & Preparation of the TDS Certificate and payment of challan.
- Collection Report, Fund Report weekly basis
- QIS Report
- Finance Control and Expenses Control.
- All Bank Related Activity
- Month and end year process, Accounts payable/receivable, Cash receipts, General ledger, Manage Payroll, Revenue and expenditure variance analysis, Debts activity, bank reconciliation.
- Monitor & analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Coordinate and complete month/ quarterly/ annual audits
- Processing tax payments and returns
- Handle monthly, quarterly & annual closings
- Manage balance sheets and profit/ loss statements
- Report on the company financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Maintain financially security by following internal controls
