THE ROLE
- Work with team as a technology consultant responsible for customising ABAP interfaces for Ariba cloud Procurement suite.
- Support key activities such as high-level design workshops, blueprinting and overall technical architecture design sessions.
- Safeguard the design throughout the lifecycle of the project
- Provide periodic updates to project management team and steering committee regarding risks, challenges and mitigation plans
ROLE REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor or master s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with focus on Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or related area.
- Minimum 3 years of strong experience on SAP ABAP, preferably SAP ABAP certified consultant.
- Exposure to all faces of project implementation lifecycle including design, development and deployment of SAP solutions.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of software delivery methodology and best practice design/architecture.
- Ability to clearly and concisely articulate solution design, high-level architecture, business process integrations, cross functional co-existence to peers and business users.
- Ability to pivot and deliver superior solutions when directions and priorities change on short notice.
- Preferred experience on SAP MM and Ariba Procurement Solutions
- Preferred experience on SAP PI or any Middleware solutions
- Keen interest in following cloud solution improvements or new features and ability to articulate how best they fit customers business requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and process challenges.
- Strong analysis skills, ability to evaluate customer requirements and modify existing solutions.
