Educational qualification: BBA or B Com graduate or above, NCFM certification required
Work experience:
Minimum 2 years in broking and financial institution in dealing and risk management
Should have good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct follow ups of IBT clients for with any technical or trading related queries
Perform daily tasks such as password creation, sent registration confirmation emails; communicate pending requirements for documentation, client activation calls, KYC scan check, etc.
Prepare MIS reports, analyze the data for IBT clients and product segments
Calling to clients to active them on online trading platforms.
Resolve and respond to branch, sub-broker or client query regarding IBT queries on calls and e-mails. Ability to manage and recommend ways to control or reduce risk
ID Creation on basis of requests received through various sources (Courier, Online request, New KYC, Activation Calling.).
Process batch creation, live data turnover uploads in the application, restore trading rights for view IDs, data migration, payout request data check, etc
Activation calling MIS preparation and submit to HOD.
Manage end of the day data backup
Prepare daily MIS and client risk reports and report to business heads
Ability to comprehend various regulatory circulars for risk management.
Provide feedbacks to department head received from clients.
Skills:
Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient knowledge of statistics.
Statistics (Mean, Medium, Data Analysis, Normal Dist.) with the use of Excel.
Problem Solving or Analysis.
Technical Capacity.
