 We are looking for a Spa Supervisor/Manager to manage our spa operations

Responsibilities and Duties
Manage day-to-day spa operations, coordinate with guests, and handle the team for top performance.

An eye for detail in ensuring the team and decor are world-class
Ability to sell packages & memberships and maximize spa revenue
Responsible for quality & revenue of this centre
Scheduling appointments, getting customer feedback & ensuring our services are world-class
Initiating bulk sales with corporates around, and maintaining relationships with customers for loyalty, while filling capacities
Handling complete operations for the centre, and in-time.
