Job Title: Trainee / Technical Support Engineer
Location: Madurai Tamil Nadu
Schedule: Monday to Friday ( 9:30 Am -7:00 pm )
No of Positions: Junior - 2
Experiences: 0 - 1 Year (Fresher)
Salary Range:2.2 L Per Annum

Key Skills:
- Customer Support.
- Software QA
- SQL
-Multiple Spoken Language.

Important Note:
-Hindi Fluent is mandatory
-Multiple Spoken Language is preferred
-Male Candidate Only ( Since Shift Basis In-Future)

Job Description:
This position provides the second level of support to customers by
handling service requests that have been escalated by Level 1
executives.Support will be provided remotely, over the phone, or via
email.They will be required to develop solutions for Technical/Non-
Technical tickets or escalate to level 3 executives based on the strength of
the tickets.

Roles && Responsibilities:
-Provides resolution for escalated support tickets
-Works with clients to evaluate and solve technical problems
-Responsibility towards ticket closure including level 3 escalations.
-Troubleshoots/solve the ticketswithSLA time-periods.
-Track /Maintains a log for all tickets.
