Job Description

Position: Asst. Manager Operations Blended Telecom Process


JD & Skill Set:


  • Any Graduate
  • 7-10 years of experience, preferably in the US Healthcare/Insurance domain
  • Good knowledge of Insurance, Underwriting Domain and Industry
  • Should be currently designated as Team Manager / Asst. Manager for at least 1-2 year in the current organization
  • Role is Managing and handling end to end Process, SLAs & KPIs for International Insurance/Underwriting/Healthcare back office processes including client front ending
  • Work Location is Magarpatta City, Pune

Skill Set:


  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written & good presentation skills
  • Comprehension of the US English language preferably
  • Ability to be proactive, the zeal to deal and manage specific situations appropriately and effectively, eye for detail and to be an avid learner
  • Fulfill all required parameters of a customer-service based role involving multitasking, flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to changes with respect to roles, tasks and scenarios etc.
  • Perform tasks within the agreed and pre-defined SLA for every category and consistently improvise
  • Good organizational and time-management skills to achieve best results in terms of work-management
  • Ability to manage pressure and avoid undesired situations specific to the work
  • Good interpersonal skills & people management skills, including the ability to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds. To maintain a high level of professionalism as the role requires dealing with various levels across the organization
  • Good analytical (data management, process flows, follow up procedures applied etc.) and technical skills (should have knowledge on MS Office, Macros)

Mandatory:


  • Should be open to working in US shifts
  • Should have prior client front ending / client management experience
  • Should have team handling experience
