Job Description

Job Role:

The role of the CRM administrator involves implementing and managing a database of customer contacts and communications, transferring data, making sure data is 'clean' and up to date, and training other members of staff to use the system.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience, understanding Required

  • At least of 2-3 years of experience on any software of CRM, DMS
  • Understanding on Sales & Marketing operation Email communication Ms-Office (Excel, Word, Presentation, Outlook)
  • Admin activities of software Provide remote support to CRM users Answer business requests for creation or modifications of reports/dashboards.
  • Oral and writing English communication skills Technical understanding of CRM functionalities User support experience
  • Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, tables and their fields Postgres-SQL Provide training in the use of CRM Ability to understand business processes from a business perspective
