Experience: 5 years 9 years
Education requirement: B.Sc / BTech/BE or MSc or MCA or MTech in IT, Stats, Economics, Mathematics, Finance or any other quantitative discipline

Responsibilities:

• 1. Complete accountability for delivering 1-2 projects from conception to implementation
• 2. Managing the team of Associates and Senior Associates
• 3. Interviewing client intelligently to learn important figures and gather requirements
• 4. Managing project timing, client expectations and meeting deadlines
• 5. Creating smart & impactful different design/process documentations
• 6. Playing proactive role in business development (preparing sales collaterals, pitch documents etc.) and helping in organization building (training, recruitment etc.)
• 7. Presentation / Demo of final solution to the client and discuss further opportunities within/outside the project scope
• 8. Plan deliverables and milestones for the project that you are responsible for
• 9. Understand business requirement and analyze different approaches
• 10. Facilitate meetings within the team on regular basis
• 11. Track and report team hours
• 12. Possesses strong analytical / logical thinking skills
• 13. Should have played project and team management roles

Technical Capabilities

• 1. Strong in Python, Spark
• 2. Good in Bigdata Technology
• 3. Hands-on experience on Cloud platform (AWS(preferred), Cloudera)
• 4. Problem-solving skills
