Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for Recruiter/Senior Recruiter/Team Lead who are experienced in IT Recruitment
(Preference to product Based/E commerce Hiring experience Candidates) Skills Set Require
Experience in Recruitment between 3 month to 4 years
Excellent Communication Skills and Learning Attitude.
Open to learn and Passion to work.
Knowledge about Recruitment

- End to End recruitment
- Exp. into Client Handling: Understand clients requirements and serve them accordingly.
- Exp. into team handling / mentorship
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, funnels, and procedures.
- Communicate recruitment goals and objectives with the team.
- Prepare weekly reports to show tasks in progress.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
