Profile:Manager- Chief Business Mentors (MCBM)
Location:Bangalore, Belgaum, Mangalore, Hyderabad, Guntur, Thrissur, Mumbai, Kolhapur & Nasik
Exp. 4+ Yrs. in Insurance sales preferably from Agency Channel with team size of 3-5 people.
CTC:Up to 7 LPA + Incentives
Industry:Life Insurance

Job Purpose:
Recruitment, management and supervision of Chief Business Mentors(CBMs) and Personal Financial Advisors(PFAs) of CBMs to help them in achieving their financial goals and generating business for the Company.

Job Description:
Recruit, engage and launch CBMs.
Ensure that CBMs recruit, appoint and train PFAs.
Ensure that CBMs work towards helping their PFAs achieve business targets.
Ensure that PFAs of CBMs have a healthy persistency.

Required Skills:
Minimum 4 yrs. exp. in sales of life insurance from agency channel.
Past experience in managing High Performing LI agents (MDRTs/COTs/TOTs/Clubs Members).
Experience in managing and supervising teams of at-least 3 to 5 persons.

Ability to impart skills on training their PFAs on insurance concepts, products and closure of calls.
