One of our clients looking for AWS cloud Support Engineer
Total Experience- 6 + yrs
Work Location- Anywhere in india(WFH)
- AWS Associate / Professional certification is mandatory
- Microsoft Azure certification will be an added advantage
- Responsible for day-to-day customer care and administration of cloud services
- Respond to escalated customer service issues using email, phone, and web conference technology
- Work within a global support team covering 24x7x365 cloud operations
- Able to write effective handoff from shift-to-shift for cloud support issues
- Hands on experience in managing EC2 compute instances, S3 Buckets, ELB, Auto scaling concepts, EBS
- Sound knowledge in networking concepts and security concepts.
- Familiar with cloud watch, backup, restore operations
- Coordinate with other teams to handoff build guidance to complete orders where managed service support is request
- Coordinate with other services teams where cloud & virtualization specific issues are escalated
- Responsible for general health and maintenance of cloud service offerings
- Contribute to new products and feature enhancements and documentation
- Provide advice and information to customers and colleagues regarding Amazon Web Services and general cloud infrastructure as service offerings and best practices
- Produce written designs and documentation regarding proposed or actual cloud deployments
- Keep apprised of new Amazon Web Services and general cloud offerings
- Minimum knowledge in SQL queries and applications knowledge
- Knowledge in managing Unix and Windows platforms
- Deployment of application servers, IIS servers, Middleware applications
- Should have valid passport and willing to travel and relocate to Saudi Arabia, if required.
