Position: Operations Head
Function / Department : Manufacturing Department
Location: Manufacturing Facility, Pune
Reporting Position : President
Areas of Responsibility
1. Drive Manufacturing excellence
2. Maintaining Strategic interpersonal connects with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
3. Drive cost reductions through materials, process and by any other means. Implement effective and efficient processes and standards.
4. Should be able to transform the company to best in class electronic auto component industry. Implementing lean projects.
5. Responsible for customer retention.
6. Maintaining optimum manpower to production costs and always maintain healthy ratio..
7. Implementation of technology solutions
8. Deliver products to OEMs with the agreed quality ppm
9. Yearly budgeting and adhering of budgeting
10. Optimum utilization of manpower and expert in manpower planning resulting into manpower cost savings.
12. Should take lead in ensuring hygiene and Safety of the manufacturing facility at any given point of time.
Knowledge /Skills/Competencies/Aptitude
1 Should have relevant experience from Electronic Manufacturing services. Expert
2 Should have developed most effective process and systems related to operations Expert
3 Education Qualification in Electronics is must
4 Should have knowledge of all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and IT Expert
5 Should have delivered projects as a part of lean manufacturing resulting continues improvement. Expert
6 Should have through knowledge on VDA 6.3, IATF, OSHA, QMS. Also practical implementation knowledge of above audits Expert Leadership Capabilities Leadership of Results (Drive for results, timely decision making, Innovation management, Customer Focus) yes Leadership of Business (Managing VMV, Strategic capability, Dealing with ambiguity, Business acumen, functional excellence) Yes Leadership of People (Taking ownership, People development, interpersonal effectiveness, withstanding pressure, Building effective teams.
