Job Responsibilities
1) Understanding the flow for the entire project cycle of Pharma / Biotech projects
from concept to plant hand over understanding of Clients requirements
2) Acting as a Single Point Contact for the Clients
3) Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events,
publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their
accomplishments.
4) Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners;
discovering and exploring opportunities.
5) Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal
requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal
priorities; recommending equity investments.
6) Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new
venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials;
estimating partners' needs and goals.
7) Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and
negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business
operations.
8) Develop new strategies for meeting business targets
9) Preparation of Marketing Communications & driving Branding activities
10) Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading
professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in
professional organizations.
11) Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new
and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job
accomplishments
12) Understand client requirement and prepare uotation preparation as per the
project requirement.
13) Well-versed with MIS, CRM and other BD reports
Basic Requirements &
Desired Skills
Basic Requirements
1) Experience in Pharmaceutical/ Biotech projects includes Sterile, Non-sterile,
High Potent Drugs formulation facilities etc.2) Should have handled Pharma/ Biotech project facilities as team leader
3) Knowledge of Facility design as per FDA GMP/ MHRA/ WHO GMP
requirements from Design to Start-up activities
4) Open to travel (Domestic and international) and stay at the Project site (if
required)
5) Good Academics (through-out)

6) Good engineering aptitude and knowledge

Qualification
BE Production/ Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering (MBA would be added
advantage)
Diploma in Production/ Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering + MBA (Full Time
