We are the export company dealing in chemicals and Pharmaceuticals.
We have a vacancy in our organization for the position of Sourcing Executive
Job Profile: Sourcing Executive
Exp: Fresher
Develop sources/ vendors/ supply chain for new raw materials and desired packing material by the company.
Manage relationship with vendors, suppliers and contractors that facilitate smooth flow of services to the company and subsidiaries.
To undertake Procurement of Materials & Vendor Management to obtain goods or services that meet customers requirements at the most competitive cost.
Sourcing & identifying reliable manufacturers to source raw materials & packing material to meet companys core product portfolio.
Domestic and International sourcing of Raw materials, Intermediates, Nutraceuticals Etc. Vendor management and development: Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule & terms & conditions with them. Follow up with the vendors for sample and dispatch of order.
Coordinating with sales and marketing team to close the offer.
Participate and Lead the development, negotiation, and implementation of necessary Supply.
Implementation of the most responsive and cost-effective supply chain in the industry to gain market share, grow revenue and profit, improve cash flow, and enhance customer satisfaction.
No targets / no field work / no shifts

Job Profile: International Marketing executive
Exp: Fresher/Exp
Prepare monthly reports and provide and effective recap of previous year performance and review same.
Develop and implement an operational plan for reservation and provide forecast to executive management.
Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for all product launches.
Maintain all activities related to product marketing and provide support to sales and establish effective marketing communication.
Develop and maintain good professional relationships with main accounts and strategic partners of company.
Coordinate with the internal team to determine international marketing application and ensure compliance with companys rule.
Analyse and identify appropriate partner for each product in geographic market.
Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all key business objectives.
Provide new business setups and implement same for new product lines and ensure growth.
Provide and implement various company pricing policies.
Design sales contacts for all vertical markets.
Maintain efficient relationship with all international customers.
Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets.
Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.
Assist global agents with technical backup, project implementation for all marketing strategies.

Exp: Fresher
Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock, as necessary.
Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
Attending product launches and networking with industry professionals.
Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
