Job Description
Location : Bangalore, Karnataka
Experience : 2- 4 yrs
Qualification : MBA from Tier 1 college (Premium Institute Full Time)
Pass out year : 2018-2019
Industry : FMCG / Retail/ Consumer Durables/ E-Commerce is a must.
Functional Role : Supply planning, Inventory planning, Demand planning, SCM, Supply Cain, Forecasting, Stakeholder Management is a mandate.
Roles and Responsibilities :
As a member of central planning team the applicant will have to show good business
understanding, in terms of business cycles, seasonality, market environment, competition
and socio-economic landscape. The applicant will have to work closely with stakeholders to ensure business metrics like(but not limited to) DOH, instock, placement and inventory health are maintained at desired level. The applicant will be responsible for ensuring right ordering cycle is followed and material is received as expected.
Desired Skills :
Ability to work seamlessly with the category management team
Ability to effectively communicate and influence across all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of eCommerce, Retail, consumer goods industry is a plus
Candidate should be proficient with database
Skills Required:
1. Minimum 2- 4 yrs experience in Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, Demand planning, Forecasting, Stakeholder Management
2. MBA (full time ) from Tier 1 colleges
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
