Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ability to create innovative & practical design for Residences, Commercial spaces, Hotels & Resorts.
Pre-Design Management
End to End ownership in meeting clients, gathering client requirements, site coordination, material selection.
Conversant with providing detailed material specification, site supervision and execution.
Complete drawing sets to be released keeping every detail in mind. Ensure all the Line drawings, 3-D layouts & GFC drawings are provided well in time, along with material specifications.
Attention to detail, carefully following instruction and checking work for accuracy.
Budget Management

Good organizational skills.
Good communication and client handling skills.
Good timekeeping and work ethic that is characterized by commitment, motivation and energy.
Ability to work in the face of pressure and setbacks and reliable in meeting deadlines.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people and work co-operatively with others.
Ability to lead and mentor other team members.

Education: B.Arch

Software knowledge: AUTOCAD, PhotoShop, Sketchup, 3DS MAX, Microsoft office

Job location: Deonar, Govandi East

Work days and Time = Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 7:00 pm.
