JD for Sales Head - Plant Biotechnology/Plant Tissue Culture as follows:

Sales Head Plant Biotechnology, Ranchi

Roles & responsibilities:
Managing all sales related activities including acquisition of new customers to Project Management.
Responsible for business through Channel Sales as well as *@* business across India.
Managing sales with clarity & achieving maximum margins for the organization.
Ensure 100% achievement of targets through rigorous follow up & team management.
Provide feedback to Management time-to-time for better visibility & performance.
Desired candidate profile:
Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA
Plant Tissue Culture/Agribusiness background preferred.
Team leader with a positive leadership attitude.
Ability to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
Role requires rigorous travelling across India.
Experience:
Minimum 10 yrs.
Remuneration:
6 lpa 12 lpa
