Job Description
Our leading client into breweries industries is looking for an excellent project leader possessing good experience in managing over all Project in beer/ breweries /alchobev industry . The role would be based at HO , and managing Pan India .
Roles and Responsibilities
Project manager is responsible for Project engineering management and execution across the breweries in India.
Project Planning:
Preparing the complete Project Schedule using Wrike & Excel Tools based on the individual Suppliers
Schedule and understanding dependencies between different activities by considering Lags and Leads. And Subsequently Updating the Project Plan for all the Projects.
Understanding the SOW of different suppliers and ensuring the prerequisites at the Site are completed and ready.
Validates job completion of contractors (certificates of acceptances) and assists project handover.
Continuous Coordination with various Supplier related to all the project and having an update on the Status of the activities at Supplier location.
Identifying and Understanding areas of improvement and issues in all the plants on maintenance and breakdown standpoint.
Cost Management:
Handling budgeting and cost management of the project.
Interfacing with the Procurement, Engineering and Finance Departments, they develop and maintain a detailed cost control system.
They regularly perform analytical reviews and checks of cost reporting documentation, and present cost status and forecast updates to the Project Management and Investor.
Projects Monitoring & Controlling:
Coordinate all work on the project, ensuring that objectives are met with respect to scope, budget, schedule and quality.
Conduct site visits to verify progress and identify any potential and critical issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL SET
- PMP is desirable, 4+ Yrs. of project management exp, industry exp
- Experience in project management; PMP Certification is desirable
- Strong abilities in stakeholder management
- Ability to present complex matters in a clear and comprehensible way
- Experience working with project management plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E).
- Proficient in MSP or other scheduling softwares
- MS Office, SharePoint, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat
- SAP project management modules and Internet operations.
Note : Alcobev/ Breweries/ Beer industry experience is must
