Mode of Interview: Face to Face Interview at Koramangala
Shift timings: 3pm to 12am OR 11pm to 8am (Monthly Rotational)
Working days: 6 (1 Rotational Week Off)
Responsibilities:
~ Handling Inbound calls
~ Resolving the queries of customers, resolving their complaints.
We are looking for graduates (Male Candidates) who can speak fluent- English + 2 South Indian
Languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu)
Note:
~ Candidates who are looking for Non-Voice process, please do not apply.
~ Candidate should be comfortable to work from office only
