Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain a Daily MIS report along with other weekly reports to track the Business activities - Prepare action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets Target Industries :
Ensuring timely collection of payments Develop plan to achieve monthly target with Area Sales Manager and set daily / weekly /monthly targets for his team.
Should be confident enough to handle channel sales & distributor sales activity.
New business development from existing and new customers.
. team handling experience and good management skills.
Sales Strategies : - Support to Management on defining Sales strategies -
As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales performance - driving volumes and distribution targets for the new product category in the respective territory.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications : Candidate should have basic computer knowledge.
Full fledged In-charge of the Region and Customers who needs to act as a single stop solution internally and externally who should have clear vision how to retain existing business and customer and develop new business in time bound manner.
. Should have experience in handling a team.
Graduates with prior experience in Channel sales or distributor Sales.
The candidates must be willing to work hard with the existing members to aid in the Sales and Marketing efforts of the company in their assigned regions.
