Telecom Process Designer - - Prodapt @ Prodapt Solutions

This usually includes As-Is process documentation, but also defining process optimizations, greenfield process design for various areas etc.

The Process Designers leads the exploring of the processes and documents this in a structured way. He/She will also assist in translation into requirements, solutions and handover to operations (e.g. work instructions).

The Solution Architect can work in all markets (Mobile/Fixed/FMC, Business/Consumer/Wholesale).

Responsibilities

In the project team of the customer(s) the Process Designer delivers:
End to End Business processes aligned with the business stakeholders
Documentation of the process design in a standardized way
Reviews and aligns Business requirements
Reviews and aligns IT Solution Architectures/Designs
Reviews and aligns Work instructions towards the implementation

Primary activities
Lead workshops and sessions for process exploring
Can ask the right questions to get to the requirement level of detail of the process, understand the key decision points, data elements and handovers / responsibilities
Can document organizational elements and demarcation in roles / responsibilities
Make a clear distinct where processes require adjustment
Align and agree on the adjustments with relevant business stakeholders
From Senior level also act as teamlead based on content
