Raqmiyat Hiring SNOW Developer for Chennai Location:

Demonstrate understanding of the ITIL based ITSM lifecycles ( INC, PRB, Event, Change, release, CMDB workflows and Forms)
Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change, Event, CMDB
Knows to configure SNOW Discovery
Application UI Configuration and customization
Workflow Configuration and customization
Development of client specific reporting and dashboards
