• Greetings from Tech Mahindra !!! We are glad to inform you that Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Service Associate for Kolkata Location for one of Leading E-Commerce project

• Designation-

• Customer Support Associate (CSA).

• Job Profile-

• Have to resolute customers query over Email

• Mandatory Criteria-'

• Min HS Passed.
• Fresher & Experience both can apply
• Must have excellent verbal English & Hindi communication skill
• Should have a typing speed of 35WPM with 90% accuracy

System Requirement :

• Laptop/Desktop
• Broadband/Wi fi
• Original Version of Windows 10
• Active Antivirus
• 4 GB RAM preferable
• Working speaker & Microphone

Other requirement-

• Customer orientation.
• Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
• 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break

Interview Structure-

• HR round - General check
• Typing test
• Grammar test
• Client round
