Job Description
1. JOB SUMMARY
- This role will be responsible for producing content that will help the bank create brand visibility in various channels that the bank will use for marketing purposes
- This role will collaborate closely with all business and product teams to right kind of content is produced not only to engage and acquire customer but also to create thought leadership
- Create, design and execute CXO program material (e.g. - CXO Connect, Manage CXO handle in collaboration with an agency).
- Drive brand content such as Wikipedia, Quora and other social media properties.
- Explore, evaluate and Implement third party tie-ups to create trend worthy content for brand engagement
2. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS
- Develop content that is rich and meaningful to the readers, to enable them to connect across the gamut of offerings, with a strong Reason To Believe and a bias for action
- Leverage consumer insights to understand the customer script to constantly evolve the platform and its narratives
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and agencies to develop customer segment led communication that lends itself to ease, simplicity and word of mouth
- Develop overall tonality and copy for key seasonal campaigns throughout the year.
- Build and design program material (e.g. - CXO Connect)
- Ensure optimization of all content through SEO and performance marketing efforts, with the aim of acquiring high quality traffic and conversions.
- Ensure proactive and prompt customer response and resolution across digital channels through integrated Online Reputation Management tools
- Leverage the social media space to drive brand and product awareness and develop thought leadership through blogs, authored articles and participation in key forums
INTERNAL PROCESS
- Coordinate with various internal teams such as Product, Website and Marketing to develop optimal content.
- Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress, roadblocks, and action plans.
- Form alliances with external parties for a brand building (like events for BFSI, Brand tie ups, influencer companies etc.)
- Evaluate, negotiate commercials and finalize potential partnerships / partnership models from the third party tie-ups for possible content development so as to build thought leadership for the bank
LEARNING & PERFORMANCE
- Develop a model to evaluate content effectiveness as per campaign objective.
- Build relationships with various influencers, Agencies and Networks to ensure maximum outreach and coverage for Ujjivan bank. Roles and Responsibilities
