Role Summary

The job includes all EXIM (EXPORT, IMPORT) documentation, follow-ups, customer interaction, shipment documentation, DGFT, Export benefits, freight negotiation, and handling CHA etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all export and import activities of the company.
• Export benefits scheme for the organization.
• Advance Licence/EPCG/Duty Draw Back/MEIS Licence 
• Liaising and coordinating with DGFT and other Government Departments
• Responsible for duty-free imports and EPCG licence.
• Responsible for customs clearance process for Import & Export consignment.
• Shouldering the responsibility of taking follow-ups with CHA 
• Responsible for export incentives schemes for online DGFT follow-up.
• Freight Negotiation for domestic as well as export consignment, payment terms with CHA / Shipping lines.
• Maintaining DSR for all export consignment.
• Ensuring documentation is maintained for all export/import consignment 
• Arranging the required documents for claiming GST refund 
• Coordination with Finance / CHA for arranging EBRC 
• Coordination with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Planning  for the timely arrangement of containers & export documents
