Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Looking for Entry Level to Junior Level (0 to 2 yrs exp) and Mid level (3 to 5 yrs exp) candidates for US technical recruiter position for our firm based out of Coimbatore.
  • Candidates are expected to work in US time zone (night shift in india).
  • Act as US recruiter and close any open requirements base don the direction from Manager.
  • Ability to work under time and cost pressure and achieve set targets. Conducting discussion with candidates to check Communication Skills, Technical Skills, Interest Level, Salary, Interview Process, etc.,
  • Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like Internal Database, Networking, Head Hunting, LinkedIn, References, Job Portals, etc., Constantly following with the candidates till they join on board.
  • Responsible for weekly status reporting on candidate submissions
  • Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
  • Build long-term client relationships

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate with written and oral communication skills. Entry Level to Junior Level (0 to 2 yrs exp) and Mid level (3 to 5 yrs exp)
  • Good communication and presentation. Hands on Recruitment experience in a staffing/Consulting firm would be a plus for mid level recruiters. Good in using computers, leverage technology to host zoom / google meets, preparation of reports and maintaining data base.
  • In the current scenario he/she may be required to work from home and once normalcy restored, had to report to office in coimbatore. Interested candidates can email CVs and contact details to in**r@fe*****i.io
  • Proven work experience as a US recruiter in US staffing (UK and Europe would be added advantage)
  • Good time-management skills
