* Open new outlets
* Efficient Route Planning
* Target setting for the sales team and drive for achievement
* Manage, coach and develop ASRs to drive revenue growth
* Periodical reports on teams performance on KPIs and sales analysis
* Collect market feedback, Market / competitor data and report the same to the ZSM
* Managing existing distributor operations
* Build relationship with and grow large accounts and wholesale channel
* Sales Forecasting
* Stock/ Outstanding Management at distributors
* Timely reporting to the ZSM
* Achieve sales targets in area maintaining all expenses within norms
* Achieve set objectives by maintaining effective relationships with agents
