Job Description

Experience of at least two end to end implementations of SAP CRM for Sales, Services, Interaction center, Marketing and ISU utilities.
Good Technical Knowledge on CRM WEBUI.
Strong skills on BOL Programming (knowledge of UI enhancement must).
In depth knowledge in CRM One Order Framework.
Knowledge on basic customization.
Strong Middleware experience.
Experience with Application enhancement Tool and BSP Component Enhancement.
Strong knowledge of Web Services and Rest APIs, BOLGENIL Architecture.
Extensively worked on BADIs, RFC functional modules, Actions and Events in CRM.
Proficient in ABAP coding including object-oriented programming.
Good Knowledge of performance Optimization Techniques.
Work experience on workflow (Mainly in CRM).
Conceptual functional knowledge on CRM Sales, Marketing and Service process.
Experience of the SAP Service Parts Management integrated scenarios (CRM, ECC, SCM) would be an advantage.
Experience in IPC routines would be an add-on.
Strong Debugging Skills.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
