Experience with Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Essbase in both development and administrative roles
Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
Extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, SmartView and Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR) preferred
Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS)
Financial Close Cloud Service (FCCS)
FDME (Financial Data Quality Management) preferred
Accounting and Finance Industry background
This role will be 25% functional and 75% technical

End to end support of Hyperion customers through Incident, Problem and change management.
Administration of both Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Financial Management applications
Ad hoc project requirements (providing estimates and implementing changes)
Providing advice and guidance to end client users.
Identify risks to the customer and/or Escalate to SDM
Respond to alerts/Client requests
Provide Technical input to client reviews
Maintain and develop technical knowledge and skills
Complete customer reports (ad hoc and Service Reports)
Support team Incident and Problem resolution
Assist in Technical pre-sales and support transitions
Provide support on a 24x7 basis on a rotational basis
Evaluate and promote new technologies
Feed into Service Improvement

Hands on Experience in implementing latest versions Oracles Cloud Hyperion suite of products specifically PCMCS.
Experience in implementation of other on-prem modules of Hyperion and EPM cloud modules will be added advantage.
Strong functional understanding of Profitability & Cost Mgmt. , Financial Planning and Budgeting, Consolidation and Reconciliation with experience in Business Process redesign or transformation
Ability to look at functional designs and requirement documents in EPM domain and converting them to detailed technical design (TDD)
Technical foundation for extensions, integrations & instance management
Patch management, regression testing & release management for modules in scope.
Hands on experience in building application artifacts (Configuring Dimensions, creating data forms/business rules/calculations, EPM Automate scripts etc.)
Building data integrations and designing Dashboards & Reports
End to end PCMCS/Planning/EDMCS Implementation.
Experience in other EPM cloud module Implementation such as FCCS etc.
Experience in client facing role Conducting workshops/CRPs/Requirement Gathering sessions
Experience in documenting Technical Design, Test strategy/scenarios/cases, Application user guide etc.
Need good written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in onsite-offshore models. Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor. Understanding of other modules that integrate to Hyperion
oSource systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle Ebus, JDE, Oracle ERP Cloud, Workday, HCM, Sage, MS SQL, Oracle DB/DBaaS etc.)
oTarget systems such as ERP (as above), BI/Reporting tools (OBIEE, Power BI, OACS, QlikView etc.)
SQL/SQL Server
Expert knowledge of Financial Data Quality Management (including Enterprise Edition)
