Principal Consultant Compliance Reporting Analyst

Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Compliance Reporting Analyst
Primary responsibilities
- Coordinate compute regulatory and Compliance requirement
- Work closely with internal credit Suisse teams (COO, Internal audit, CISO,ESS) to maintain compute services risk and compliance portfolio
- Collect evidence for regional and country specific regulators such as MAS,RBI, RegSCI, FINMA,OCC.
- Minimize risk to bank with critical extended data driven control in place governances
- Avoid potential audit findings by internal and external auditors by ensuring timely report collection and submission.
- Ensure proper support for meeting security requirements and meet any controls requirements processes.
- Submit JIRA ,Incident tickets with SNOW for automating any manual reporting ensuring non-reliance on manual reporting.
- Complete and follow up on any Compliance projects within HDS Classic Compute
- Provide input to Management on project status, enabling milestone decisions and priority setting
- Take corrective actions in a proactive manner if project is not on track (escalate and solve)
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- High level understanding of technology infrastructure, security concepts and platforms
- Multi-year (6-8 years) Progressive experience in supporting enterprise IT infrastructure ( Windows, Unix, VMWware).
- Must have worked in IT financial services industry or worked with IT audit and compliance companies similar to PwC,Deloitte,EY,KPMG
- Proficient and skilled with MS Office suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
- Knowledge of JIRA and ITIL Incident and Change Management with ServiceNow.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Familiarity with IT compliance and regulatory agencies globally or regionally.
- Take corrective actions in a proactive manner if project is not on track (escalate and solve)
- Comfortable dealing with technical teams with advanced levels of IT knowledge.
- Knowledge of IT support compliance processes.
- Ability to operate effectively in large, complex, matrix managed organizations
- Project management exposure and experience.
- Be able to produce reports in-depth and high level and work with global teams in different time zones.
