Responsibilities. GRC Skills Requirement Access Control expert project in GRC Access and Process Control Experience to GRC 10.0, GRC 12 with fiori,Good knowledge in SAP Security Systems (ECC, SAP HCM, BI/BW, CRM ,PLM ), Success factor, S4/Hana systems, IAG
Excellent written and verbal communicationWork with internal audit and the SOX IT Compliance team to evaluate Segregation of Duties conflicts and reduce the SoD conflicts
Develops test cases, performs unit testing, and resolves issues
Identifying the risks in Business process & providing remediation & Mitigations solutions & customized solutions
Update custom rule sets with various SAP applications modify the SAP global rule set to match the control requirements
Experience of remediation's to secure Sod Compliance, define mitigation controls, BRM, EAM, system setup, configuration and reporting.
Experience in conducting Governance Risk Compliance sessions/workshops with the business and Functional teams
Process Control implementation, support, testing, policy, CCM, survey etc. setup

QualificationsThe candidate must be a self-starter, capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a dynamic environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision.
Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, collaboration, and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to complex security problems
Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing& demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
