We have a Urgent Opening for IT Recruiter

Location: Noida

Experience : 1 to 5 Yrs

Notice Period : Immediate ( 15 days max)

Work from home

Working Experience in Accenture client is preffered.

Skills Needed:

* Sourcing profiles using Web Portals like Naukri , Internal databases, job postings, Referrals etc.

* Initial screening, resume filtering, short listing the candidates, scheduling the candidates for interviews.

* Conducting telephone interviews to assess candidate's technical abilities, professionalism and communication skills.

* Negotiating with the candidates regarding the compensation package and offer acceptance.

* Conduct regular follow-up with candidates before joining and after joining.

* Maintaining the Database. And Coordinating the Weekend Drives.
