Position - Business Development Manager - Group Business
Work Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad & Cochin/Kochin
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Key Measures of Performance

To meet the annual operating plan for the assigned territory (measured in terms of premium and profitability and business retention)
Deep mining existing Corporate relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the target segment
Relationship management develop and maintain healthy relationships with existing customer groups (including servicing & as point of contact)
Focus on profitability especially in the preferred customer segment
Channel development to build relationships with brokers/ intermediaries with a view to develop new business opportunities via these channels
Deploy wellness initiatives for corporate clients as part of the product and service offerings, basis business objectives
Maintaining proper documentation and MIS including Individual Sales and Business Development Plans
GWP achievement over annual plan
New business acquisition
Renewal of existing accounts
Profitability

Corporate Sales in Health Insurance/General Insurance
Needs to have good understanding for corporate and B2B business.
Experience in corporate health insurance would be added advantage.
Should be able to create own space/reputation in the industry for the Corporate Offering by Max Bupa
