We are inviting applications for the role of AM, Instructional Designer

Responsibilities

  • Do detailed analysis and design of learning projects
  • Create training content for all forms of training: elearning, ILT, vILT, videos
  • Communicate effectively in oral and written form.

a) Write according to the learner needs and characteristics

b) Write Clear, concise, and grammatically correct messages

c) Ideate content structure and design basis provided content strategy

d) Creative writing, editing or refining print or digital copy

e) Handle customer communication, SME interactions, plan and execute projects

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in media, english, communications, or related discipline
  • Knowledge of Instructional design and Strategies
  • Exceptional writing and research skill
  • Knowledge of Instructional design and Strategies
  • Analytical Ability Ability to conceptualize training needs/content and design
  • Communication skills ability to interact with clients, team members of the project team
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • People management / team leading

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, organizational skills and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail is required
  • Ability to build and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge and hand-on experience of Adobe creative suite (Photoshop and InDesign are must), video and sound editing tools
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and MS Office tools
