Position: Head Tendering/ Tendering Manager

Location: Navi Mumbai

Criteria: Degree/Diploma(Electrical) with 7+ yrs. experience in Domestic Business Development & tendering for Electrical Infra Projects.

Responsibility

The position would be responsible for Project Costing, Rate analysis, and creating a preliminary costing of tenders available to the company. Reading technical bids and submission of tenders.

1.Estimation, costing, and Documentation required for Tendering - Substation 33/11KV/LT lines and erection of distance transformers in various states.
2.Looking for new tenders in the market Domestic, shortlisting & brief synopsis preparation. Floating inquiries of tender, making comparative statements.
3.Costing of BOQs for supply & Erection of Electrical, Preparing Tender Bids.
4.Negotiation to obtain the best prices for tendering.
5.Participating in pre-bid discussions, technical and price bid openings.
6.Making the technical and commercial bid for the tenders.
7.Attend the technical and price bid opening.
8.Follow-up with customers prior to and after the receipt of orders.
9.Preparing MIS reports for cost-cutting and presenting in Monthly Review Meet
